The programme notes read:

In this part of the city the sea is everywhere.
It is behind every building you pass, or in the horizon
anywhere you look.
It is behind our everyday activities, our industry, and we
hurt the life in it in many ways.
It will flood cities in the future, and it will not remember.
The movements of the water will allways be there.

Congratulations to the 1st and 2nd prize winners, Niccolò Chiaramonti and Yu Guan.

I am happy to announce, that my solo guitar piece “At the shore” has received “Honorable Mention” in this years Miami GuitART Composing Competition.

This mention equals a 2nd prize, as a first prized and an honorable mention is given.

AT THE SHORE can be heard HERE

The programme note reads:
You are At the shore
In the morning the water is quite calm and the sun is glittering in
the small ripples at the surface.
Sometimes a small wave arises. It reaches the shore, breaks, and it
withdraws making a little noise in the gravel.
Later in the day the calmness is broken, the wind rises, creating
bigger waves.

My latest work for string orchestra, Clouds 2023, was selected for the final concert of the ARBORETUM 2023 and performed by the Radom Chamber Orchestra on the 9th of december.
